Custom Systems

Every venture under this umbrella runs on systems I build the same way — Real Media is simply the first place you can see it in action. The order intake, the delivery pipeline, the follow-up texts, the reorder flow: all of it runs on systems I designed and built myself, for my own business, before ever offering to build them for anyone else's.

That work isn't limited to automating repetitive tasks. I also build fast, decision-focused AI systems — for judgment calls that follow a pattern but still take a person's time today — along with the infrastructure and security work that goes around them.

If your business has a process that still runs on manual work — intake forms that need re-typing into another system, follow-ups someone has to remember to send, decisions made the same way every time, or a bottleneck nobody's gotten around to fixing — that's usually solvable with the right system, not more hours.

I take on a limited number of custom projects for local businesses and organizations, scoped individually since every process is different.

FAQ

What kind of systems can you build?

Automation for repetitive tasks, AI-driven systems for repetitive decisions, and the infrastructure or security work that supports either. If you've got a specific bottleneck in mind, that's exactly the kind of thing worth asking about directly.

Do you handle security or infrastructure too?

Yes — from monitoring across every device in a company to security systems scaled to fit the business, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Is this a fixed-price service?

No — every project is scoped individually based on what's actually being automated. Reach out and I'll give you a clear quote before any work starts.

Do I need to already have a defined process?

No. Part of the work is often figuring out what the process even is before building the system around it.
