Who we are
This site is run by Aaron Fitch. It's home to his businesses, including Real Media, a white-label video service for photographers. Questions about this page: contact@aaronfitch.com.
What this site collects
Reading our pages doesn't ask you for anything. There's no newsletter here. If you join a kit waitlist, we keep your email and the photography types you picked, only to tell you when those kits are ready; ask us to remove you at any time. We haven't added our own analytics or advertising tools to this site. The services that run the site may still collect basic technical information; see Cookies below.
What the order form collects
When you order from Real Media, the order page asks for: the five photos you upload, the photography type, your name, a delivery email, and a mobile number for your delivery text. Company, city and state are optional. Payment happens on Stripe's secure page, which collects your billing name and address and your card details. We don't see or store your full card number.
What we do with your order information
We use it to make and deliver your video, to send your order confirmation, delivery email and order text, to answer your questions, and to keep our own business records. Stripe emails your payment receipt. Your photos are used to make your video. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
To do this, your order passes through the services we use to run the business: our website and order page (hosted by Cloudflare), our business email, file storage and order processing (Google), our payment processor (Stripe), the production tools we use to make your video, and our business phone line.
Our text line
Order texts come from our business line, 972-743-6821. We use your number for your order and won't text you about anything else unless you say yes. If we've texted your business about Real Media, it came from the same line. Reply STOP at any time and we won't text you again. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We don't add cookies of our own. The order page keeps your progress (your details and which photos are uploaded) in your own browser's storage, so you can come back after paying; it's cleared when your order is complete. The services we use set their own cookies, and we don't control them:
- Cloudflare hosts this site and the order page and may set cookies, for example to keep them secure. Cloudflare's privacy policy
- Google runs our order processing, email and file storage. Google's privacy policy
- Stripe processes payments and may set cookies on its payment page, for example to help prevent fraud. Stripe's privacy policy
- YouTube may set cookies when you play a sample video. Samples use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play.
Each company's own policy explains what its cookies do. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but payment may not work without them.
